Winnebago has just released their new 5 year/1 million km Structural Warranty on all new motorhomes & campervans!
Winnebago Adelaide is an authorised service centre for Winnebago Motorhomes. Our service department can assist you with any issue that may arise per the published warranty handbook. We are able to service new & used motorhomes so if you need help just call in and see us. It does not matter where you bought your motorhome or what brand it is. We will always do our best to serve you, and if we can not solve the problem we will certainly find someone locally who can. We also offer storage for your convenience.
Motorhomes are complex machines and many people are often confused as to why warranty periods differ in some instances depending on the item concerned. Motorhomes comprise three main components:
The Chassis – the engine, gearbox, suspension and the vehicle controls etc. Warranty on the chassis component is offered by the manufacturer of the chassis. For mechanical service or warranty issues in relation to the chassis please contact the dealer. eg Fiat or Isuzu.
The Motorhome – body, furniture and fittings manufactured by Winnebago - is covered under the warranty as offered by Winnebago Industries. We have confidence in our product, after all, we have been building RV’s now for tough Australian conditions since 1965, but for your peace of mind, Winnebago offers a 5 year or 1,000,000km warranty on each new motorhome, covering construction of the motorhome body, furniture and certain fittings.
The Appliances – refrigerator, air conditioner, television and hot water system to name a few and the warranty for each of these components is offered by the respective manufacturers. If you are having difficulty with one of these items, contact us for their nearest repair centre.
You should read your handbook folder to fully understand what is offered on each component of your motorhome. If in doubt, just call in and see us or contact Winnebago Customer Relations for assistance.
